Something I really like about this is that if you look closely you can see the edge of the cell being slid to the left

LOL yeah, that was kind of an unintentional result from the old-school methods I use to animate. I'm still debating whether I want to go through the tedious process of removing it or just leaving it in as part of the retro / homemade aesthetic. That's the kind of vibe I'm going for anyways, so we'll see!
